Put your scene into a play format. You can use your original Shakespeare scene as your model. The length of your scene will be one to two pages. Be sure to include a description of your adaptation's setting and anything else you need for your audience to understand. Put the act and scene numbers at the top of your page. Give any special stage directions before your dialogue begins. Put stage directions in italics. This is where you will explain the setting of your newly adapted scene. Put each character's name in ALL CAPS at the left-hand margin.
