OpenStudy (maemae16):

@TheSmartOne @rawritskitty @agent0smith @fifciol

OpenStudy (maemae16):

@Atsie

Atsie (atsie):

@maemae16 Alright, lets work together on these okay? :) You do one and then I'll do one, does that sound like a good plan? ^.^

OpenStudy (maemae16):

yes

Atsie (atsie):

Alright, so firstly I'd say that a free bird represents freedom. The bird is flying with no restraints thus its boundaries are not limited and it is free. You try the next one. :)

OpenStudy (maemae16):

i thank that jim crow laws goes with white americans because they are the ones who came up with the jim crow laws

Atsie (atsie):

Alrighty :) So a caged bird would probably go with cage. That one is probably pretty obvious. (Or I should hope so at least! )

OpenStudy (maemae16):

ok i thank sing goes with self-expression because when you are singing you are expressing yourself

Atsie (atsie):

Good work! When I sing I do the same thing! :) So we have : African American sky As the only words left. Is there an option missing, because if we match two more than we only have one left and nothing else to match it with.

OpenStudy (maemae16):

what do we have left?

Atsie (atsie):

African American sky

OpenStudy (maemae16):

african american go together

OpenStudy (maemae16):

these are the answers i have

Atsie (atsie):

Wait, African and American is actually one word. Sorry, I didn't mean to separate it. So we have African American and Sky. This doesn't make sense because how do they match>

OpenStudy (maemae16):

i thank i figured it out free bird - white american jim crow laws - cage caged bird - african americans self-expression - sing sky - freedom

Atsie (atsie):

You know what! I think you are absoloutly right! I was taking these definitions very literal and metaphorically rather in the real life historical sense. Thats amazing that you did that! Good job!!! ^.^

OpenStudy (maemae16):

thank you for the help i didn't realize that they were being used in a historical sense until i took a really good look at them

Atsie (atsie):

Yeah its kinda tricky. They are always trying to get us students with that in school aren't they? :P Well, I'm sure you'll get a wonderful grade! ^.^

OpenStudy (maemae16):

do you mind helping me with more ill ask them and then tag you if thats ok

Atsie (atsie):

Sure, I'll give it a shot! :)

OpenStudy (maemae16):

thank you so much i wish i could give you another medal but sadly it will only let me give 1

Atsie (atsie):

Eh, thats alright. I'm happy to be able to help! :)
