Density is measured in g/mL for solids. They've given you the grams as 5.00 for each cube, so all you have to do is subtract the initial volume from the final volume to find the volume of the added cube, then divide 5.00g by that volume, and see if the result is greater than 1.00, in which case the cube will sink.
