Here's my go: A LEO is justified to use force when they or someone else is in danger, when it's necessary to recapture an escaped criminal, and when they need to arrest someone. However, deadly force is not justified in the last instance except when it's necessary or else the criminal will get away, some warning has been given, and the officer feels that criminal is dangerous to themselves or others or has committed a deadly crime. How is that?
