If QS bisects <PQR, then <PQS = <SQR (definition of angle bisector). If m<PQS = 45, then m<SQR = 45 for the same reason. m<PQS + m<SQR = 45 + 45 = 90. So triangle PQR is a right traingle by definition of a right traingle
