OpenStudy (jake124):

right @OtherWorldly

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

for the third one what id the problem there is no sign between the terms

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

is*

OpenStudy (jake124):

use rounding or compatible numbers to estimate each product or quotient

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

oh i couldn't quite figure out the problem because the multiplication sign was not separated from the 5 XD

OpenStudy (jake124):

5 x 2 3/5

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

for some reason i keep getting 13 and thats not one of the choices....

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

how did u get B

OpenStudy (jake124):

ur supposed to estimate what you get

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

ik but its a whole number there is no estimation needed

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

unless the answers C because thats the closest to 13

OpenStudy (jake124):

do u kno the answers to the first 2

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

yes

OpenStudy (jake124):

@triciaal

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

1 b 2 a

OpenStudy (jake124):

did u calculate them ?

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

yes thats how i knew ur answers were incorrect XD how else would i know

OpenStudy (jake124):

lol what calulator did u use

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

i used my brain does that count XD u don't need a calculator just round the numbers then add, subtract, multiply, and divide

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

the last one is C and the one before is A

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

idk what u did but all u have to do is round all the numbers than subtract or add or multiply or divide

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

and whatever u get u estimate
