According to stories about Genghis Khan’s early life, his mother used a set of arrows to teach her children about the power in numbers.  What lesson did Genghis's mother teach him, and how did this lesson play out throughout Khan’s life?

OpenStudy (giitter):

;-; Im sorrie I did not learn about this

OpenStudy (peace420):

Ok well not to be rude but you didn't need to comment that

OpenStudy (alivejeremy):

I'll have to read the wiki for that. sorry can't help.

OpenStudy (peace420):

i read wiki and it doesnt have anything much about his mother

OpenStudy (peace420):

all i could find was : His mother, Hoelun, taught him the grim reality of living in turbulent Mongol tribal society and the need for alliances.

OpenStudy (wwhitlock):

The story is probably the many are stronger than one story. One arrow can easily be broken but a bunch of arrows held together are harder to break. I have never heard this, or any, story associated with GK so I'm trying for an educated guess.

OpenStudy (peace420):

okay thank you!
