OpenStudy (dopeisbadmmkay):

you need to post what the question is, not the link.

OpenStudy (halox156):

Which of the following is an example of checks and balances in government? A) Congress can override a presidential veto by two-thirds vote in each house. B) The legislature and judiciary work together to enact legislation. C) The president appoints the members of the cabinet. D) Certain procedures must be followed to amend the Constitution.

OpenStudy (dopeisbadmmkay):

B. The legislature and judiciary work together to enact legislation. With checks and balances, each of the three branches of government can limit the powers of the others. This way, no one branch becomes too powerful. Each branch “checks” the power of the other branches to make sure that the power is balanced between them.

OpenStudy (halox156):

Are your sure?

OpenStudy (dopeisbadmmkay):

OpenStudy (dopeisbadmmkay):

You need to clearly state the question that you need help with. (NO LINKS) You need to give answer choices with every question you ask. If they're is a question where you need more than one answer, please say "(SELECT ALL THAT APPLY)" if they're aren't any answer choices, state that also, "(NO ANSWER CHOICES)". Please award medals when you're given an answer, then close the question.
