I was trying to tell you that even though you claimed that you know what scientific notation is, but in fact you don't. Why can I say that? Because you don't recognize one when you see it. Scientific notation is a decimal number (with or without a decimal point) between 1 but less than 10, that includes all significant digits, multiplied by a power of 10 in exponent form. The exponent can be positive, negative, or zero. Now you are ready to work on `5.78 * 10^-11 Put in scientific notation`
