OpenStudy (alibaby):

Which relationship is always correct for the angles p, q, and r of triangle ABC? p + r = q p + q + r = 180 degrees p + q + r = 90 degrees q + r = p

OpenStudy (alibaby):

OpenStudy (alibaby):

@Will.H

OpenStudy (eliesaab):

p=q+r Why?

OpenStudy (alibaby):

@Handsomechickenlover @sissyedgar @SapphireMoon @emilee02 @zepdrix

OpenStudy (eliesaab):

The measure of an exterior angle of a triangle is equal to the sum of the two remote interior angles.

OpenStudy (will.h):

They don't equal to 180 degrees for sure because they form acute angle and they don't equal to 90 for sure because acute angle is below 90 degrees

OpenStudy (eliesaab):

p=q+r

OpenStudy (alibaby):

i think it's B

OpenStudy (eliesaab):

No it is D

OpenStudy (will.h):

Jade they certainly not talking about the interior angles or the triangles only

OpenStudy (will.h):

It's either A or D that's for sure

OpenStudy (jadeishere):

I know, I had to look at the triangle one more time. It's a simple answer, but I'll let y'all walk through it

OpenStudy (will.h):

Go on

OpenStudy (will.h):

I feel bad for not being able to determine which of A or D is the answer

OpenStudy (will.h):

Jade. Spoil it tho. Am waiting

OpenStudy (alibaby):

:(

OpenStudy (will.h):

@Jadeishere I don't see you here

OpenStudy (will.h):

Well it's mostly D

OpenStudy (will.h):

But don't choose that yet. I need to get a confirmation

OpenStudy (alibaby):

Okay thank you @Will.H

OpenStudy (jadeishere):

Explain why you believe it to be q + r = p. Please and thank you :)

OpenStudy (will.h):

P seems a big angle by looking at it and to achieve it's measure we have to add q and r Am not basing on any math laws am just using logic

OpenStudy (will.h):

Jade. I hate not to know lol Just answer the Dame question :)

OpenStudy (will.h):

A doesn't make sense because the bloody angle of q is way too small to be the sum of p and r So yeah D

OpenStudy (jadeishere):

You can't always trust the picture to be on scale. Just because it LOOKS that way, doesn't mean that it IS that way...

OpenStudy (will.h):

Well I can tell that angle p is over 90 degrees and angle r is below 90 and angle q is below 90 too so if we add r and q we maybe able to get p So yeah D it is

OpenStudy (jadeishere):

Gur... I give up... Go ahead and use that I guess

OpenStudy (will.h):

You not giving me anything else to use are you

OpenStudy (alibaby):

Thanks ig

OpenStudy (will.h):

Good luck Ali

OpenStudy (will.h):

Let me know the score

OpenStudy (alibaby):

thanks
