We are shown that two sides are congruent to each other....In between those sides we have vertical angles. Vertical Angle theorem states that two angles (that are vertical to each other) created by intersecting lines are congruent. So the two vertical angles are congruent. So we have two congruent sides with an angle in between that are congruent. Which postulate would it be?

Not quite. I stated `two sides are congruent` that is what we are only shown. We can not just assume that the third side is congruent to the corresponding one so it would not be SSS. `The angle in between the congruent sides is congruent to the vertical angle` this would mean we know ONE congruent angle since they share congruent sides and are vertical. So we determined this by a side then the angle and then the side.

there are two congruent sides and the angle between formed is congruent too so in this way what postulate will result ?
