OpenStudy (loser66):

Where are you stuck? What is the law of sin?

OpenStudy (iwanttogotostanford):

sin(49 degrees)/14 = sin(A)/ 16 Solve for sine(A)

OpenStudy (loser66):

good

OpenStudy (loser66):

sin A =?

OpenStudy (loser66):

knock knock!! your answer??

OpenStudy (loser66):

Why don't you know?? \(\dfrac{sin B}{b}=\dfrac{sin A}{a}\) Hence \(sin A=a*\dfrac{sin B}{b}= 16*\dfrac{sin 49}{14}= 0.862525\) Now, just take \(arcsin (0,862525)=A\) to get the angle A.

OpenStudy (loser66):

When you have A, you know that A + B + C = 180, A is above, B = 49, you can get C

OpenStudy (loser66):

After then , again, apply law of Sine to get c from \(\dfrac{sin C}{c}= \dfrac{sin B}{b}\)

OpenStudy (loser66):

I don't answer. You HAVE TO figure it out by yourself.

OpenStudy (loser66):

If you don't work on your own problem, why do I? If you keep asking for the answer, I won't help you.

OpenStudy (loser66):

I won't answer because you just guess the answer, not work on it.
