iYuko (iyuko):

What lengths could be the side lengths of a triangle? 13cm,23cm,10cm 22cm,14cm, 5cm 5cm,17cm,12cm 18cm,7cm,14cm

iYuko (iyuko):

@welshfella Do they add to be a certain length?

OpenStudy (welshfella):

to form a triangle the sum of any 2 sides must be greater than the measure of the thrid side. For example sides 3,4 and 5 will form a triangle but 3 , 2 and 1 will not beacuse 1+ 2 is not greater than 3.

iYuko (iyuko):

13 and 23 are greater than 10

OpenStudy (welshfella):

yes but what about 10 and 13 ?

iYuko (iyuko):

=

OpenStudy (welshfella):

- iTs ANY 2 sides.

iYuko (iyuko):

the last option fits

OpenStudy (welshfella):

OpenStudy (welshfella):
