umerlodhi (umerlodhi):

What the difference from its and it's.

OpenStudy (loyal2u):

The difference is it's is always the abbreviation of "it is" as in it's. Its is the possessive of "it"

OpenStudy (valirium):

"It's the best in its class" "It's" is a contraction meaning "it is" or "it has" "Its" is the possessive of the pronoun.

umerlodhi (umerlodhi):

Oh so I can say it's been a long time. and its been a long time? which one is right?

OpenStudy (loyal2u):

"Its" is the possessive form of the pronoun it.

OpenStudy (valirium):

"It's" would be correct.

umerlodhi (umerlodhi):

OpenStudy (conqueror):
