@Brittanyrolfe may you check this one also?

alones (alones):

Quartz (\(SiO_{2}\)) is a _____. compound mixture

alones (alones):

Compound?

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

yes

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

this brings up a good point remember the H2O question. I was wrong. It would not be a mixture, it would be a compound like this one i believe. A mixture would be like water and sugar

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Sorry about that!

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

Oh Brittany XD

alones (alones):

Oh haha o.m.g thank you for seeng the mistake

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

So sorry!!!

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Chemistry can be confusing

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

tsk tsk...this is what happens when I don't watch over you :">

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

apparently

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

now back in my closet

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

NEVER!

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

LOL

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Excuse our weirdness @AloneS

alones (alones):

O.m.g o-o

alones (alones):

You live in amies locker when she's in school :O

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

haha, I live in her closet because we are roommates XD

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

oh gosh, spam XD but yeah @AloneS a good rule of thumb is that whenever you see chemical formulas bonding two atoms together, you can be pretty certain that you have a compound for example, \(H_2O\). That is a compound of two hydrogens bonded to an oxygen. This is an actual chemical state.

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

Done are the days of lockers! mwahaha! >:)

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Thanks for stealing my medal @Jamierox4ev3r :(

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

Thank you @AloneS <#

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

what?! nah :o

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

<3

alones (alones):

Love chu both haha you're funny lool

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):

thanks :3

HanAkoSolo (jamierox4ev3r):

We try :) #partnersincrime

OpenStudy (brittanyrolfe):
