Since y = 1 is a constant line like|dw:1479224952779:dw| The slope PARALLEL to it is essential the same. (The slope is 0, since there's no change in y over x). The slope that's PERPENDICULAR to it is |dw:1479225024262:dw| Where there is kinda an 'infinite' change of y over x, but in this case, the slope is formally 'Undefined'
