@.Sam.

sam (.sam.):

It's pretty simple, you can calulate the percentage of each school's students who like burgers by dividing the number of students who like burgers by the total number of students, then multiply that number by 100 because you wanna convert it to percentage.

OpenStudy (ebayminer126):

Okay thanks let me work it out and see what I get.

sam (.sam.):

\[\small \%~of~students~who~like~burgers=\frac{Number~of~students~who~like~burgers}{Total~number~of~students~\in~the~cafeteria} \times 100\]

OpenStudy (ebayminer126):

So I have 15/35 = 0.428 13/42=0.309 8/21=0.380 16/41=0.390 Now multiply all of these by 100 right?

OpenStudy (ebayminer126):

It would be A?

sam (.sam.):

Yep

sam (.sam.):

Actually you don't have to multiply by 100, since all of them have to multiply by 100, it makes no difference

OpenStudy (ebayminer126):

:) Thanks can you help me with some more please?

sam (.sam.):

Alright I'll see what I can do
