What do you think? On the graph they give us -3 and 4

OpenStudy (harvey03):

-3<4

OpenStudy (amenah8):

an open circle means that -3 and 4 are not included, or that number is not located at -3 or 4. We want to write an inequality that says x can be anything shown by the arrow and circle. The open circle is on -3 and 4, so x can be any number greater than but not equal to -3 but less but not equal to 4

OpenStudy (harvey03):

So I was correct?

OpenStudy (harvey03):

@Amenah8

OpenStudy (amenah8):

yup!

OpenStudy (amenah8):

oh wait it would b -3>4

OpenStudy (amenah8):

because it is GREATER than -3 but LESS THAN 4

OpenStudy (harvey03):

Oh ok! Thanks @Amenah8
