OpenStudy (qtpi3.14):

True or False: There are 2 ways to form questions in the present tense.

OpenStudy (qtpi3.14):

I'm guessing true?

OpenStudy (harvey03):

True! There is a positive, and a negative. For example, 'he does not play' (+) 'he doesn't play'.

OpenStudy (qtpi3.14):

What's the difference between 'he does not play' and 'he doesn't play'? 'doesn't' is a contraction for 'does not,' so wouldn't it be exactly the same?

OpenStudy (harvey03):

@SolomonZelman Can you help us? I am starting to think it's false...

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

True or False: There are 2 ways to form questions in the present tense. ^^^remember that the question is saying "there are two ways to form QUESTIONS in the present tense."

OpenStudy (qtpi3.14):

I'm not sure that I see what you're getting at...

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

OpenStudy (qtpi3.14):

What day is it? What day is today?

OpenStudy (qtpi3.14):

Like that?

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

yes

OpenStudy (qtpi3.14):

Oh

OpenStudy (qtpi3.14):

I think I get it now lol

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

OpenStudy (qtpi3.14):

thanks (:

OpenStudy (otherworldly):

no problem
