"dispose of" is a fancy way of writing "get rid of." Let's not get rid of tkhunny. So, suppose you, dude, have something with value that you no longer want. how could you "dispose of" it?

Have you any friends or family? If not, you could give some of your estate to tkhunny. The legal term for that is "bequeath." How else might you dispose of your prized belongings, such as your iguana monster and mountain bike?

Have you tried looking up "disposing of an estate?" It would be to your benefit to do all you can to find answers before asking for help. You could search "neglecting to make a will" and see what search results turn up. "neglecting to make a will" doesn't have a name. Instead, we say that the person who neglected to make a will "dies ...... " See whether your search turns up that term.
