OpenStudy (dr-wells):

@tkhunny I need help please.

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

You still have to show YOUR work.

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

OpenStudy is to HELP. We are NOT the primary source. You should have had SOME background before being given this problem. It is irrational to be otherwise. "Most Consistent" is not always clear. Generally, this is associated with smaller Standard Deviations and smaller IQR. Can you find a school that seems to do better than the others based on these criteria?

OpenStudy (dr-wells):

That's not what os is for. I don't know how to do it, so some goes to teach me....... No where in policy does it say I have to know how to do it first. Thanks for your help....not.

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Did you read the second paragraph? And yes, we are not now, nor have we EVER been a PRIMARY source.

OpenStudy (dr-wells):

I'm not saying you are a primary source, and to you question I didn't see it XD. I just need help.

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

If you show no work at all, we are, by definition, a primary source. Are you planning to argue or solve the problem. Go back and read that second paragraph. For the second question, the "Average" is the Mean". That's all the information that is needed.

OpenStudy (dr-wells):

I am still confused.

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Does your chart have a Standard Deviation? Sometimes known as \(\sigma\)? Does your chart have an IQR? That is what you need to look at to solve the first question. It's not going to jump out at you. You must evaluate it and determine how you feel about it. It is the nature of such data.

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

The less work you show, the more you prove that we are your primary source and that you want us to do your work for you.
