I need help making an inequality. I will fan and medal! Thanks in advance!
Explain this business (how much of your own money you’re willing to spend on the business, what items you’re going to sell, costs for each item, sale price for each item, etc.). b. Consider the total amount you’re willing to spend on the business and how much it will cost you to make your items. Write an inequality that represents the fact that while making each item, you can’t exceed this limit. Be sure to include the cost per item in this inequality.
So item 1: $38 item 2: $42 I'm willing to spend $20,000 on my business I would buy 100 of both of these products for product one it would be 3,800 dollar and product two would be 4,200 and altogether $8,000.
I have no idea how to make an inequality. If someone could help I would really appreciate it!
An inequality says that two values are not equal. a ≠ b says that a is not equal to b There are other special symbols that show in what way things are not equal. a < b says that a is less than b a > b says that a is greater than b (those two are known as strict inequality) a ≤ b means that a is less than or equal to b a ≥ b means that a is greater than or equal to b
Which numbers would I use? Like the 38 and 42 or the bigger numbers? And thanks for that description on inequalities, by far it was the most easily understandable!
i would go with the bigger numbers because it say use the total amount
38< 3,800 42< 4,200 Like that maybe?
