Idk how I even got that. The original way I was doing it was taking the formula that I found from the second problem and plugging in 1300. But that was wrong too so I'm just trying to figure this out.

Find the maximum of P on [0,1300]. Is there such a maximum? Is it AT N = 1300? Where is the maximum?
