Please explain

OpenStudy (nesha97):

\[(a^3b^5c^-2)(a^2b^0c^5)^3\]

OpenStudy (nesha97):

for the first c i meant to put c with exponent of -2

OpenStudy (mathmale):

A review of "rules of exponents" or "rules of exponentiation" might help here. You have c^(-2) times c^15. Can you see where I got that 15? What are you now supposed to do with the exponents -2 and +15?

OpenStudy (mathmale):

How would you evaluate\[b^5 * (b^0)^3?\]

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Which rule (or rules) of exp. are you using here?

OpenStudy (nesha97):

\[a^9b^5c ^{13}\] this is what i got first i multiplied that exponent of 3 with the second thing...then i multiplied the two equations together and thats how i got my answer. Is that right?
