OpenStudy (volleyballlover55):

@3mar

OpenStudy (3mar):

What do you think?

OpenStudy (volleyballlover55):

i dont know ;/

OpenStudy (3mar):

When the temperature increases, the number of pop. increases or decreases???

OpenStudy (volleyballlover55):

increases?

OpenStudy (3mar):

Good!

OpenStudy (will.h):

Notice that both x and y values increase by the time. Which indicates that it's a scatter plot that is increasing for both x and y values.

OpenStudy (3mar):

That is for part A.

OpenStudy (volleyballlover55):

Part A: The group of points labeled T is a nonlinear positive association because it is increasing and the change is not constant. Point R is outlier. The reason why it is outlier is because it's not within the range of the majority of the points. Part B: The association between the number of hours practiced each week and the number of pieces a piano student can play is a nonlinear positive because the data both in x and y are increasing and the change (rate) is not constant that's why it is nonlinear.

OpenStudy (volleyballlover55):

is that good?

OpenStudy (will.h):

3mar will help you with B I gotta go. Playing chess XD

OpenStudy (volleyballlover55):

ok

OpenStudy (will.h):

Isn't that my answer for the previous question?

OpenStudy (3mar):

Is that another question?

OpenStudy (will.h):

The questions are not identical and their answers are certainly not either.. Careful

OpenStudy (volleyballlover55):

ohhh yes... that answer is for this question. http://prntscr.com/dj1joh

OpenStudy (3mar):

One question per one post, please.

OpenStudy (volleyballlover55):

i know but is that answer correct for that question?

OpenStudy (3mar):

for the first one of the second?

OpenStudy (volleyballlover55):

the second

OpenStudy (volleyballlover55):

are my answers correct?

OpenStudy (3mar):

Can you share it?

OpenStudy (volleyballlover55):

wait.. im getting confused let me open a new thread.
