Slope is always counted on a graph as rise over run, the net y value over the net x value.
@Mrs.ambrose614 I think you are referring to graph inequalities. But we're just addressing slope here.

Well if you rise or run you never run first which means a,b, and c alll run first.Which makes them false.
slope = rise/run=3/6 =1/2
