I have to do a 7 page research paper on heat and temperature. This is all i have so far, do these paragraphs flow nicely?

OpenStudy (girlstudy):

We neglect the simplicities that our world offers. We overlook, or not notice them. Such simplicities in physics we tend to overlook or misunderstand is temperature and heat. A person would say temperature is defined as the measure of how hot or cold something is. That definition is merely vague. For example, in the winter when temperatures are low, 60° may seem warm to us. In the summer 60° may seem cool to us. Temperature then can be defined as the measure of hotness or coldness based on touch or feel, though it does measure internal energy which we will discuss later. A common misconception is heat and temperature are both similar concepts when in reality they are both distinct from each other. Heat is defined as a form of energy that is transferred between two substances because of the difference in temperature. Such as a pot of water on a heated stove. The heat energy is transferred from the stove to the pot, hence, heating up the pot of water. Heat has higher kinetic energy to it. This means that the heat molecules are moving faster than that of a solid. If you were to put your hand in a pot with hot water, the kinetic energy will transfer to the atoms of your finger by the means of collision. This will then warm your fingers. Heat can be identified as three different types of heat transfer; conduction, convection, and radiation. We will discuss this these three types later. Before we can move on its important to understand temperature thoroughly and be familiar with the temperature scales. A thermometer is used to measure a temperature of varies substances. Thermometers use liquid mercury or a red colored alcohol to give us measurements of the amount heat a substance has. This will either expand or contract if it heated or cooled, which gives us measurements of the liquid. There are three different types of temperature scales. There known as Fahrenheit, Celsius, and Kelvin.

@girlstudy Yes it does flow nicely. To give you some context here, if you were in a classroom either as the "class captain" or as a Teaching Supporter, what you've written there would be very worth considering as part of the overall lesson. The "questions and answers" at the end of your presentation would then perhaps help with the nuances, as is the way in the presentation of any scientific paper. You are one very very brave "girl studier" for attempting this. I salute and applaud you. Bravo and good on you.

OpenStudy (girlstudy):

@osprey why thank you that means a lot

OpenStudy (osprey):

@girlstudy your post is worth a lot :)

OpenStudy (klark):

It is written well, you know. The only thing let me ask you why don't you ask a specialist to help you with proofreading and editing? I usually use the help of Supreme essay service. They always do a good job. So if you want you can give them a try. Good luck!

OpenStudy (girlstudy):

hmm you know any essay service that i can use, and that is free.?

OpenStudy (klark):

Well, I don't know maybe there is a proofreading service free of charge but I don't think they'll do their work well for free. I guess It's better to pay but get a good proofreader. But It's up to you to decide, of course.
