Eiwoh2:

How might similarities and differences in genetic codes, or the proteins built as a result of these codes, be used to determine how closely related different species are?

Eiwoh2:

@psirockin2

psirockin2:

There are 4 nitrogen used in the construction of codon. Each codon is composed of 3 bases. Hence there are 4^3 or 64 codons available. In this case, we combination is distinguishable from one to another and represents another thread of amino acid. The building blocks of DNA is nucleotide is based on these codons. Hence the closer the codon make-up, the closer the genetics are. The codons are GCAT which make the genetic code

Eiwoh2:

Thanks XD

Eiwoh2:

Pardon me asking, but where the source here? Where did you get this :) @psirockin2

psirockin2:

same source as last time... I ask it on brainly if I have no clue (It's not like brainly's useful for anything else) I'd rather waste points and get a legitimate answer than give a half***ed one and screw someone

Eiwoh2:

lol ok XD
