kittybasil:

Anyone know how to make this true w/ parentheses? \[3^2−9\cdot2+1=8\]

Vocaloid:

@Hero I'm stumped, can you assist?

sillybilly123:

\(\color{red}{( \mod 16)}\) which looks in appropriate, so there's error in Qu.....maybe 🤔

Hero:

Perhaps the user made a typo: \(\begin{align*}3^2−\left(9\cdot2\right)+1&=-8 \\9 - 18 + 1 &= -8 \\-9 + 1 &= -8 \\-8 &=-8\end{align*}\)

kittybasil:

@Hero The question (copied from another site) is intended to ask how the equality can be made true: 3^2-9•2+1=8 Regardless, thanks for answering. This was from someone else who asked me to assist, but I was wondering if they made a typo somewhere as well.
