\[7q ^{2}-28=0\] you would add 28 to each side to make it \[7q ^{2}=28\] then you would divide both sides by 7 to get \[q ^{2}=4\] and then you would find the squareroot of each side to get \[\sqrt{q}=\sqrt{4}\] the squarroot of 4 is 2 so q=2
