Please help

Select words from the drop-down menus to correctly complete the relative clauses. No one (who, whom, that) I have met is able to give me directions to the Kingston Library. Kingston Library, (that, whose, which) was built in 1722, is an important local monument. Jeffery Davis (who, whom, which) works in the bicycle shop used to work at the Kingston Library. That’s the shop (that, where, which) I bought my son’s first bicycle. Perhaps he can provide directions to the monument.

Shadow:

The best method for these is to read it aloud and see if it makes sense. Try that, and with each option as you come across it.

PandaSurvive:

Will do

PandaSurvive:

I feel like its that, which, who and where

Shadow:

Spot on! Nice job :)

PandaSurvive:

Thank you, I was just unsure about the who and whom part because they are so similar and I wanted to make sure lol

Shadow:

There is a quick trick for that. If you can replace " Jeffery Davis" with he/she. If you can replace it with him/her, then use whom.

PandaSurvive:

Ah ok, thank you Shadow

Shadow:

"He works in the bicycle shop" Yes "Him works in the bicycle shop" No

Shadow:

He -> Who

Shadow:

No problem
