i used point -4,-3 as my center of dilation then i counted how much was it from there to each a , b, c point. then i doubled the distance by 2 since it was the scale factor ..... >>>>is this correct????

I got (-4,-3)(2,-3) and (-4,1). I got this due to the fact that Point B already lies at the origin so this point does not move. We then find the rise and run of the other points from origin. Since Point A is (-4,-1) it is has a rise of 2 units. We continue this rise for 2 (since the scale factor is x2) so we end up at (-4,1). We apply the same with Point C. It has a run of 3 from origin we apply this twice to get (2,-3).
