How to solve this with Angle?
you have to resolve it into it's vertical component vertical component = velocity * sin(theta) where theta is the angle 41 degrees make sure your calc is in degree mode
SO from that It would be D?
actually @sillybilly123 may I have some assistance on this one, physics isn't really my thing
31 sin 41
yeah, that's what I was thinking at first, but it's asking for the acceleration not velocity, how do I proceed from there? (having a brain fart)
i got 20.3
voca it's - g
so is the final answer just -g (B) or do I have to also account for the initial velocity?
B
ok, then it's just B as your answer zark
Oh okay. So how did we get that?
9.8 is the rate is it just that?
there's only one force acting in the y-direction (not accounting for air resistance) so the only force causing acceleration in the y direction is from gravity
+1
okay so B
yes
