What does "You can't say anything meaningful about the mystery of personality unless you put that personality in a believable and significant social context" mean? I just need help trying to understand what exactly this statement means.

Essentially, in order to have meaning, something must be relatable. It makes sense as it’s hard to ascribe meaning to things you know nothing about, or are foreign to you. You must give it real and concrete context in order to allow meaning to be given to it.
