I am not too sure about this but maybe Vocaloid can check me on it My assumption is that because Ammonia has 3 hydrogen ions && they have the strongest electronegativity with non-metals

^ right approach Find dX by subtracting the Electronegativities. There is a polar covalent bond so it has a dipole moment, and since H is bonded to N, it's hydrogen bonding
