bdrammeh:

a loop of area 0.100 m^2 is oriented at a 15.5 degree angle to a 0.500 T magnetic field. it rotates until it is at a 45.0 degree angle with field. what is the resulting CHANGE in the magnetic flux ?Wb

TheSmartOne:

First we calculate the magnetic flux at 15.5 degrees and then again when it's at 45.0° I will once again post the formula Magnetic flux = Magnetic field * Area * cos(angle) Now we need to calculate magnetic flux twice for the two different angles so that way we can find the change in the magnetic flux. Do you follow? Are you able to understand so far?

TheSmartOne:

They gave you the area and the magnetic field. And the angle (remember you have to do cos(angle)) Multiply them all together, that's your magnetic flux Now do that all again with the other angle which is 45

bdrammeh:

the answer is 45 i got 50

TheSmartOne:

Can you show me your work?

bdrammeh:

i cant

bdrammeh:

i cant

TheSmartOne:

Why not lol I won't know where you made your mistake

bdrammeh:

just tell me the answer so i can get it over with for god sake
