the (blank) option of the AutoCorrect tool enables you to add and delete words that do not follow abbreviation rules.
You should know about the Replace Text as you Type function. You probably don't though because then you wouldn't be asking this question so, Replace Text as you Type is an Auto-Correct choice that gives the ability to add and delete words that do not follow abbreviation rules. That should answer your question but just an extra bit of information to help: So, as the name says (Replace Text as you Type), it literally replaces the text as you type if the computer recognizes that you are typing something over and over than it would change it to something else such as, the correct spelling, or an abbreviation. An example (I got the idea from Google) would be, if I was to type an address multiple times, then it would start to put the abbreviation after you do it a couple of times. If I was to write the address 34 Willoughby Street, London multiple times, then the Replace Text as you Type function would change it to 34WS.
