Lisaneedham:

In a loose constructionist perspective, how is the constitution viewed? a. The constitution can be interpreted but cannot be changed in order to grow. c. The constitution is to be used just as written and cannot be changed. b. The constitution is to be used just as written but can be changed. d. The constitution is up to interpreting and can be changed in order to grow.

mxddi3:

you can eliminate A because we are able to make amendments to the Constitution which means it can change. This means we can also eliminate B. from C and D you can choose which you think is correct...

Lisaneedham:

is it c

mxddi3:

So uhm, if you think, the Supreme Court hears cases about violating the Constitution. If we all viewed the document in the same way, this means there are no differing interpretations. Option C is saying that we ALL find the meaning of the document to be the same, whereas option D is saying we can have different opinions as to what it means.... so NOW, C or D?

mxddi3:

if we used the Constitution as is, there would be no disputes as to whether a part of the Constitution actually means something. For example, the way we interpret the second amendment is not the way in which the Founding Fathers had intended for it to be. This is based on OUR interpretation. idk how else to explain, but i hope it helped you : )

Lisaneedham:

thanks
