Second paragraph: Discuss the separation of powers and checks and balances. Use examples to explain the difference between the two ideas.Separation of powers and Checks and Balances are alike but they aren’t the same,That’s because one is like each has its own job or duty and the other is making sure things don’t happen or make sure that others behaviors don’t affect or make problems.The founding fathers were frightened that the government would gain too much power.,which with that power the government could cause tyranny .To prevent the government from gaining too much power they created a plan which the u.s. The Constitution divided it into separate branches known as the legislative,executive,and judicial branch which all three are known as the separation of powers that’s the reason for the separation of power..The reason for checks and balances is to balance the three branches of government for either branch gains too much power over the other and the U.S constitution writes down the power of the branches and makes sure that the branches can distribute and reduce one to another’s power.. Third paragraph: Discuss the position of the Federalists related to ratification of the Constitution. Use facts The federalists during the ratification were arguing for immediate ratification. The federalists “include people like George Washington and John Adams who became the first two U.S. presidents.”Federalists were the type of people who when it was a large crisis protect the people.the federalists wanted a big government. Fourth paragraph: Discuss the position of the Anti-Federalists related to ratification of the Constitution. Use facts.Anti-Federalists do not want to ratify the Constitution unless it includes a Bill of Rights. The Anti-Federalists were concerned about how the Constitution was giving too much power to the federal government. The reason why the Anti-federalists were scared of this type of system was because having a strong central government caused problems when the US was still part of Great Britain.

ok so just some tips on the body paragraphs--i would try to watch pacing. Like if one paragraph is big, try to make the other two look the relatively same size. i would also try not to be so repetitive and include so many run on sentences. uhm so for the intro paragraph, you can use a like well known quote from the preamble of the document, or like something that influenced their decisions to make the laws the way they did. An example of this could be "No taxation without representation!" The Founders used this and gave Congress the power to tax. Other famous quotes can be like the opening words ""We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States..." or we could give like a scenario from the time. I personally feel as if the quote will be a better idea.

mhm. I'd say that when you choose a quote as well, that you should go into detail about it, like, why it was added. Like for example, the taxtion with no representation. They added this because under the King they were not being represented and they got taxed unfairly. This is how this is significant
