deathsindragon:

What do we call the power a President has to block a piece of legislation (a bill) that Congress has passed? It can be overridden if a large majority of Congress votes to approve the bill a second time. Presidential Override Legislative Obstruction Constitutional Delay Presidential Veto

mxddi3:

ok so you can get rid of b and c. then from A and C, which do you think it could be and why?

mxddi3:

d* not C

deathsindragon:

im pretty sure its d but idk for sure

mxddi3:

ok so yeah here we are focusing on the president blocking the bill passed by congress. This would be considered the Presidential Veto im pretty sure. The override is seen when the president vetos something, but congress votes again to override the president and pass it. @dontsaymyname

deathsindragon:

ok thx

dontsaymyname:

Yes, President Veto is correct :)
