I believe it's the third one because it has propper capitalization, propper usage of commas/periods, and propperly worded. The others don't use prpper capitalization, commas/periods, and/or word usage.

Itsmewhoelse, so when we are quoting what someone says, we do not do what is shown in options A and B. We wouldn't pause in the middle of the sentence or add "..." because there is not extra information that goes there but isn't included. So from C and D, can you take a guess?
