how do i graph this type of equation

general linear equations are in the form of \[y=mx+b\] We see y=2x has no b (y-intercept) so the graph goes through (0,0) (the origin) and now to graph the rest just plug in a number for x, and find the y value for example if you plug in 2 for x you get 4 for y so you have 2 points, (0,0) and (2,4) draw a line through them
