skrtkobainn:

i need help

offbeatsoldier33333:

with?

dizzymustang156:

with the same thing?

skrtkobainn:

offbeatsoldier33333:

hmmmmm

offbeatsoldier33333:

i can maybe help

skrtkobainn:

ok

offbeatsoldier33333:

Find the radius or diameter of each circle with the given dimensions

offbeatsoldier33333:

then after that

skrtkobainn:

how do i do that?

offbeatsoldier33333:

ummmmm

offbeatsoldier33333:

you have to

offbeatsoldier33333:

acute, means smaller than 90 degress. Right means equaling 90 degrees and obtuse means larger than 90 degrees

skrtkobainn:

d=18in. i need t find the radius or the diameter

offbeatsoldier33333:

ok

skrtkobainn:

so how do i find that out?

offbeatsoldier33333:

i think you have to look at the circles

offbeatsoldier33333:

A = πr2 = π(d2)2 A = C24π π = 3.1415 A = area C = circumference or perimeter r = radius, d = diameter

offbeatsoldier33333:

you get it?

skrtkobainn:

not really

offbeatsoldier33333:

oh me either

offbeatsoldier33333:

hold up

offbeatsoldier33333:

r = 9 d = 18 C = 56.6

offbeatsoldier33333:

you get it?

skrtkobainn:

so d=18 is 56.6?

offbeatsoldier33333:

idk

snowflake0531:

so, the circumference of a circle, weusually say is 2pir, but in this instance, because it's all diameter, it would be easier to say that teh circumberence is dpi, so, diameter times 3.14

snowflake0531:

so, for the first one, just multiply 18 by 3.14

snowflake0531:

for the ones that are radius , multiply it by 2, and then multiply it b 3.14 for 5-10 it's the same, make sure you know the difference between diameter adn radius tho

snowflake0531:

14-17 is the same, but read it carefully

skrtkobainn:

56.52 for 1

judethedude:

i will try to help

judethedude:

if you want

snowflake0531:

lol, don't tell me answers, i'm not going to do it tbh but just use dpi or 2pi r bye-a

skrtkobainn:

?

offbeatsoldier33333:

so confusing

snowflake0531:

ur not the one who's asking so ur spamming lol

skrtkobainn:

how are you suppose to help me then

snowflake0531:

bc i just told you how to do it.... the process is more important than the result for this

snowflake0531:

actually, for the last one, besides for finding the circumference, you'll also need to divide but regardless of that, first do the first 4

snowflake0531:

the first one, how would you do it

snowflake0531:

which part of diameter times 3.14 or radius times 2 times 3.14 confuses you?

snowflake0531:

for the first one just multiply 18 by 3.14, which as you said is 56.62 inches for teh second , multiply 29 by 3.14, which is 91.06 meters for the third21*2*3.14=131.88 feet the fourth is 13*2*3.14= 81.64 millimeters do you know the difference between diameter and radius?????

skrtkobainn:

thanks guys so much i got the help i needed from you sayin 'im helping'

judethedude:

I'm sorry

snowflake0531:

\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @skrtkobainn thanks guys so much i got the help i needed from you sayin 'im helping' \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) i did help, your welcome lmaooo

judethedude:

\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @snowflake0531 then why would you say that you would help... \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) but then i tried 5 times and got it right only 2

skrtkobainn:

judethedude your fine your the only one helping me

judethedude:

Really oh thanks
