Do you know what point slope is? Or how to write in point slope form? If not here: Point-slope is the general form y-y₁=m(x-x₁) for linear equations. It emphasizes the slope of the line and a point on the line (that is not the y-intercept). - Khan Academy

This question is a multiple choice problem that is testing to see if a student understands the format of point-slope form as well as where the slope is located in such a formula.
