Alright so what do you notice when you look at the graph?
I see that when its dryer years the seeds are big and wet years the seeds are small
The graph actually is talking specifically about finch beaks.
The top ss refers to the seed size.
Oh the wet years beaks small and dry years the beaks big
So our conclusion would be?
The regular finches with big beaks survive in dryer years?
Yeah the large beaked finches survived more in dry years and as a result they were able to reproduce more large beak finches.
But it say type of birds
which tpe ?
It's still referring to finches because of the other context. Every piece of data we have is referring to finches so that's the bird they're referencing.
Oh ok thanks,i thought it was talking bout trop finches and reg finches
If we're looking at data from Galapagos finches, then that would mean they were tropical.
So just say tropical finches?
I don't think you have to specify tropical finches because it's inferred from the previous information. You can specify if you want, but I don't think it's necessary.
