Popular Sovereignty- is kind of like having power or authority over someone Limited Government- Having your options limited and could only do permitted things by higher authority Rule of Law- I would say it is basically what everyone has to do... follow the laws Separation of Powers – Would be separate powers by many different authority who controls this specific part of the constitution?

uh no Limited government is where the government is limited, where the government controls the least amount of things as possible And popular sovereignty is more like the democratic process, where the more popular people, by voting, becomes leader/president/whatever

And by the way Separation of Powers is how the Framers decided that to avoid tyranny, there would be 3 branches of government, the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branch Because of this, there's also checks and balances, which ensures that one branch doesn't become more powerful than the others
