Duh

FexrlessRxby:

Then that makes this a lot easier. Just in case, an integer is any whole number. So choose the numbers in that list that are whole numbers. Another question; do fractions and decimals count as integers? If not, then choose any other number that isn't a decimal or fraction.

I'm confused

FexrlessRxby:

Ok, so just as a refresher, an integer is any whole number, correct?

Arripreztal:

Yuh

FexrlessRxby:

So look at that list and choose the numbers that are whole numbers

FexrlessRxby:

True or False: Negative numbers that are whole numbers are integers.

False

FexrlessRxby:

Good. So then any number that isn't negative and is a whole number is an integer.

That is classified information. Let me just say I'm older than middle school.

Arripreztal:

17

Arripreztal:

I'm twelve

FexrlessRxby:

Like I said, I'd prefer not to answer that question along with being classified information.

FexrlessRxby:

He already explained everything to you so it should be easy going forward, and we're not allowed to give you the direct answer. You should close the post now and stop asking questions that has nothing to do with the original question.

snowflake0531:

@fexrlessrxby just pointing it out, but a whole number is not the same as an integer Integers include whole numbers, but they aren't the same whole numbers are numbers counting from zero, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. Integers are from negative infinity to infinity, so integers include negative numbers

snowflake0531:

adding on, An integer: Rational, not a decimal or fraction after simplified a. 1/2 1/2 is 0.5, which is a decimal, which isn't an integer b. 5 5 is an integer, it's rational, and not a decimal nor fraction c. -3.25 -3.25 is a decimal, so it isn't an integer d. -14.6 is a decimal, not an integer e. -100 is an integer, rational and not decimal/fraction f. 4 1/2 4 1/2 is 4.5 which is a decimal, not an integer g. 0 is an integer, 0 is included on the number line from negative infinity to infinity h. -2 is an integer, not decimal/fraction
