Just read through the text of The Game which you shared. Pretty interesting short play. And here's a copy of the text of Antigone (page 3 to 41 of the document) for reference:
https://www.fusd1.org/cms/lib03/AZ01001113/Centricity/Domain/1385/Antigone%20Full%20Text.pdf
In terms of how the protagonist and antagonist of The Game are developed using lighting and staging, I assumed that the protagonist of The Game was the character Life, since her struggle forms the basis of the story, while the character Death was the antagonist who tried to impede Life's goals. A clear example of staging occurs very early on in the script:
"[AT THE RISE, Death is lying on the ground at left... at Life who is standing at the extreme right....]"
By positioning the characters on opposite ends of the stage, the staging signals to the audience that the characters' goals and motivations are also opposed to one another.
This is just one example from one of the works. I did not read through Antigone because it is much longer, but I assume that you did. Using the example that I chose as a guideline, I'm certain you can find other examples of "dialogue and staging" that helps develop the main characters of either work
