Describe the process to become a Justice. Explain how you would handle the situation.
not sure if you still need help on this, but the general pathway is: - get an undergraduate degree (doesn't *have* to be in law, but classes about government, history, reading, and writing will be helpful). (~4 yrs) - keep your grades up, participate in extracurriculars, get good recommendation letters, study and do well on the LSAT - apply and get into a good law school (~ 3 yrs) - do well in law school, complete your J.D. - get appointed/elected to court (I'm not completely sure on how this process works but you can research this if you need more detail) - at this point, you can serve as a judge. now, to become a justice (serve on the state/federal state court), you have to be nominated and then appointed, which means you have to be exceptional in your career and know how to network/promote yourself. references: https://learn.org/articles/Judge_Become_a_Judge_in_5_Steps.html https://www.ushistory.org/gov/9d.asp
not exactly sure what they mean by "how you would handle the situation," but you can talk about how you would manage to study and do well in law school, how you would prepare to be a judge/justice, how you would learn about the law and how to apply the law, etc.
