Which answer best describes how some Americans viewed the British Empire? Loyalists felt that they had some representation from the British. Patriots felt that they were directly represented by the British. Patriots were proud in their role in the growth of the British Empire. Loyalists resented being ignored by the British Empire.
am i right with A?
this chloe really answering my questions now
D?
explain
But loyalist are people who stay by the ¨kings¨ or rulers side (Like British, they stay by that side *The teams if you get it*)
The British Empire would be that "Loyalists felt that they had some representation from the British," since the Loyalists did not wish to go to war with Britain
so A?
alr
It's D
The patriots are colonists so they did not like the British so those are out. I do think it is A because they DO stay by their sides team. D, I don't get why they would even put loyalists for that because a loyalist is a ¨a person who remains loyal to the established ruler or government, especially in the face of a revolt.¨ *Deff from google* so if they didn't there not loyalist... Then again I could be wrong but I do think it is A.
@smokeybrown
they keep saying A and d idk if im right with A
I think A makes sense because Loyalists still leaned towards siding with the British. I think they would not have felt this way if they didn't believe that they had some representation. The other options seem like contradictions--B and C suggest that the Patriots supported the British, which was the opposite of their stance, and D seems to suggest that the Loyalists resented the British, in which case they would not support them (but they did)
thank you so much for this
Sure thing :)
